JUICING IS THE JAM

I’m super excited to start back juicing again! I started juicing when I was pregnant with Kash and I really loved the way it made me feel. I stopped after he was born because I was overwhelmed with him being colic, breastfeeding and dealing with all of his allergies. I decided to start back for the New Year. This time around I’ve done more research on what my body actually needs. I think the best way to start is by figuring out what you think your body may be lacking. I knew I wanted to build my immune system, prevent certain symptoms and get extra vitamins into by body. I want to add that I do not use this is as a meal replacement. I drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. You should think of it as drinking a glass of Apple or Orange juice.
