Not only didn’t you give my outward confidence, but your continuous positivity and your jokes kept me calm through all the nerves and jitters I had leading up. I had been following Ashlea on social media for years before my wedding. When I started planning for my big day, I decided to contact her for her rates and availability. From our initial conversation to my wedding day, Ashlea was incredibly attentive, reassuring, and a joy to have on our team. She is as beautiful as she is kind and added great energy to the bridal suite, singing along with my loved ones and me as she did our makeup. I absolutely loved my wedding day look, and my bridesmaids were equally happy with theirs- which is a rare feat! My bridesmaids were also of different races, skin tones, and skin textures, but Ashlea was able to adapt to and embrace their unique needs with the skill of a true professional. In addition, my makeup did not move for the duration of the day - through the tears dancing! My favorite part of Ashlea being present was her willingness to go the extra step. After my hairstylist left, Ashlea offered some suggestions to achieve the exact vision I imagined, with just some minor adjustments. Though she was not hired for hair on my wedding day, she contributed to this space, too! I am forever grateful for Ashlea, her incredible talents, and her role in making me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt on my wedding day.

Ashlea is one of a kind that made my day even more special. Her energy makes you feel like you are just having a day with your girlfriends. She does such a great job and listens to exactly what you want. I couldn’t think of a more amazing person to spend that time with me on my special day!

I met Ashlea Wizard 10 years ago. She was the makeup artist for my very first professional photo shoot. Over the years, she has been beside me every time I had a special event or needed the perfect “look”. It was only natural that I secured her for the most important day of my life - my wedding day! Not only is Ashlea an exceptional hair and makeup artist, but her easy going, professional manner puts everyone around her at ease, allowing us to enjoy our experience. Ashlea has become friends. She is someone I trust and admire, not only for her work but also as a person.
